The villa
The villa stands on the heights of Les Issambres, overlooking the sea. Nothing breaks the view: the bay of Saint-Tropez opens up in full, from the cape to the open water, from the terrace as well as from the poolside. It is this panorama, rare along this stretch of coast, that makes the house.
The pool measures 14 by 7 metres and is heated by solar panels, so it stays pleasant well before and well after high summer. Around it, a wide stone deck, sun loungers and a balustrade that lets the landscape through. An outdoor shower means you come back in without the salt or the sand.
The villa has two partly covered terraces that fall into shade in the early afternoon. This is where you have lunch, grill the fish from the market and watch the sea change colour until evening. Inside, every room is air-conditioned and the dining room, too, opens onto the sea.

Les Issambres is a small seaside resort in the commune of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël. Family beaches, coves, a marina: the coast can be covered in a few minutes.
